  • KRISTINA ARJONA

    FOUNDER | JUMPCUT COLLECTIVE |
    FILMMAKER | INTIMACY COORDINATOR | ACTOR

    Kristina Arjona (She/They) proudly queer and Latina, has over 12 years of experience in the film industry as a director, actor, AD, and now certified intimacy coordinator and mental health coordinator. As an IC and MHC, Kristina has worked with studios like Netflix, Showtime, STARZ, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus, and ABC. She has a BFA in Acting and a BA in Theatrical Design & Production from Elon University, and owns Jump Cut Collective, a production company focused on producing work emphasizing BIPOC, LGBTQ+ & women in front and behind the lens. Her recent directing credits include Mi Casa, the HBO Latinx Short Film Competition winner that is available on MAX, and her feature debut Christmas with Jerks, now available on Amazon & Apple TV.

  • ALEX DAUPHIN

    Alex Dauphin (she/her)is an award-winning, Haitian-American writer-director, actor, and storyteller building art that celebrates the black, the queer, the transnational, and the femme so that those at the intersection can hear their history sung and see their beauty reflected.

    Her bilingual short, Jeudi, won Best LGBT Film at Berlin International Short Film Festival; and Alex’s upcoming short film, By The Lake, was nominated for “Best Narrative Short Screenplay” at Austin Under the Stars Festival

  • KIMBERLY DUONG

    EDITOR | COLORIST

    Kimberly Duong is an editor and colorist with a Bachelor's degree in both film studies and political science. Originally born in Fargo, North Dakota and raised in a small Minnesotan town, she now resides in Atlanta. For the past two years since moving to the city, she's been on both sets with $100 million dollar budgets, as well as local, independent shorts that she's been the sole post-production on.

    She is a passionate advocate for the representation of marginalized identities and the cinematic arts. When not working in post, she is often on set as an Eco Representative- working with productions towards sustainability and green initiatives in the film industry.

  • ANGELICA PEREZ-CASTRO

    DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY | STEADICAM OPERATOR

    Angélica Pérez-Castro is a Puerto Rican cinematographer and steadicam operator based in Atlanta. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design and a master’s in Film and Television. An active IATSE Local 600 camera operator, she was selected for the ASC Vision Mentorship program in 2021 and the AFI cinematography intensive in 2022. Her work spans Netflix, Fox, HBO, Amazon, Hulu, and independent films. A semi-finalist at the Altitude Awards during Cinegear LA 2024, she’s part of Women In Media and an associate member of the SOC. Currently, she has two indie feature films in the festival circuit: Love & Taxes and Greek Mothers Never Die.

  • ANISSA MATLOCK

    FILMMAKER | WRITER | ACTOR

    Anissa Matlock was born in Augusta, GA; the oldest of three children in a military family.

    On the big screen, Matlock was noted as a "standout" by Variety & IndieWire in her supporting role in the award-winning feature film 'Beast Beast,' which world premiered at Sundance 2020. Additionally, she appears alongside Gerard Butler in 'Greenland' and Pierce Brosnan in 'Fast Charlie.'

    Most recently, Anissa appeared as a Recurring Guest Star on AMAZON's series 'The Power,' and AMC’s ‘Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches.’

    Matlock is also a writer/director whose short Proof of Concept ‘The Hunted’ is currently in the festival circuit, along with short screenplay ‘Dysphoria?’ The Feature-length screenplay of The Hunted is in the early stages of pitching.

  • Tee Johnson

    PRODUCTION DESIGNER | POST SUPERVISOR

    Tee Johnson (sher/her) is an Multi-award winning self taught Storyteller, Writer, Director, Production Designer, Post Supervisor, Food Stylist and Props Master Tee was Born and raised in the 70s in tough streets of Miami. She started Tee’Scapes, LLC (2013) an all things art dept company.

    Tee has award winning short films like "The Exit" , "Repercussion", and "Hip-Hops Lost Soul", just to name a few. She also has a few major commercial brands under her belt like Lowe’s, Proctor and Gamble, Georgia Lottery and the list goes on. You can find her set and production designs in projects on Hulu, Tubi, BET, KeyTV, HBO, Prime, Print ads, movie posters, and talk shows.

    Tee is also launching the "Frame by Frame" initiative alongside her wife Tery Wilson, that will give onset access to Adults and teens especially in the rainbow community. It will also teach classes on how to be entrepreneurs in the film industry amongst other things. Tee is a major force in our LGBTQIA Community.
