Executive director
The Executive Director leads Out On Film’s overall strategy, operations, and revenue growth, working closely with the Board and Festival Director to ensure long-term sustainability and expand the organization’s impact.
Fundraising & Sponsorship Lead
This role focuses on growing Out On Film’s revenue through corporate sponsorships and individual giving. It’s a results-driven position centered on outreach, relationship-building, and closing new funding opportunities.
