Covid-19 Health Policy and Out On Film Entry Requirements
The safety of our patrons, our staff, and our volunteers is our number one priority. As such, a full COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend Out on Film 2022 in person.
In order to be considered fully vaccinated, you will need to have your second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or a single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine no later than Thursday, September 8, 2022.
For patrons who are not fully vaccinated, we welcome you to enjoy Out on Film 2022 virtually through our online platform from the comfort of your home anytime during the festival.

Agree to and comply with the Patron Health Promise
Have a copy of your Vaccine Card (printed or on your phone) available to view at the request of Out on Film staff and volunteers at any time
Out on Film highly recommends all patrons bring and wear a mask anytime you are not actively eating or drinking. We reserve the right to revise this mask policy at any time before or during the festival based on the day-by-day status of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Please note, if you can not or will not present a copy of your vaccination card to Out on Film when requested, you will be denied entry to film screenings and no refund will be provided.
Patron Health Promise
We ask that you not attend the festival in person if any of the following is true for you or anyone in your party:
Within 14 days before attending the festival you have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;
Within 48 hours prior to attending the festival, you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
Within 14 days prior to attending the festival, you have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our filmmakers, and our volunteers. You must follow all posted instructions while attending Out on Film.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending Out on Film, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
