Out on Film, Atlanta’s LGBT film festival, turns 25 in 2012.

Our anniversary festival runs

October 4 – October 11, 2012 at the

 Midtown Art Cinema

 

 

Submissions by, about, or of interest to the LGBT community are now being accepted for programming consideration for the 25th annual Out on Film LGBT film festival in Atlanta, GA, from October 4 - 11, 2012. During the film festival we will be having specially-selected retrospective screenings as well as current features.

 

Submission Deadline: July 15, 2012. Entries must be postmarked by that date to be considered. Entry fee is $25 for each entry.

 

In addition to Audience Awards in the categories of Best Overall Feature, Best Men’s Feature, Best Women’s Feature, Best Comedy, Best Documentary, Best Men’s Short and Best Women’s Shorts, we will again feature Jury Awards. New this year will be a special prize for the best local film.

Complete all sections of the form below.

 

Please fill out a separate submission form for each title.

 

Entry fees are $25 per entry. Entries must be postmarked no later than July 15, 2012.

 

DVDs are accepted for preview. Please indicate the name of the feature, the director/contact name and running time on the outside case/envelope. Please note - submissions cannot be returned due to the volume of entries we receive.

 

Final programming decisions will be made and announced by approximately August 1, 2012. Filmmakers will be contacted via email on or around that date. Email queries are recommended rather than phone calls.
